At Independent IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, all refund requests must be submitted in writing to allow us to review your request thoroughly.
Please include your company name, contact information, the services in question, and the reason for your refund request. We will review each request in accordance with the terms of your applicable service agreement and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Where applicable, approved refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis based on the unused portion of the agreed-upon services, less any non-refundable fees, completed work, hardware, software licenses, third-party costs, or other expenses already incurred on your behalf.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms of your service agreement and applicable law.

Refunds may be considered for eligible services that have not been completed or that do not substantially conform to the scope of work outlined in your service agreement. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund will be subject to the terms of your service agreement and may be reduced by the value of services already performed, outstanding invoices, non-refundable fees, hardware, software licenses, third-party expenses, or any other costs incurred on your behalf.
Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Independent IT Solutions and will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each request and applicable law.
